The Design and Build Division of Prespa Group takes a parcel of land and constructs a commercial building, a subdivision, or a condominium project. This could be a freehold development or highrise complex. From start to finish our Design and Build Division will take concepts and make them a reality. Prespa Construction Limited

This company is Prespa's land development division of Prespa Group. We have been involved in both small and large residential subdivisions, as well as commercial and condominium land developments. Acting as its’ own agent, as well as on the behalf of others, Prespa Construction Limited is prepared for any project in Ontario. Currently, Prespa Construction Limited is involved in developing residential and commercial in both St. Thomas and Port Stanley. Prespa Construction Limited invites all inquiries regarding land development.

Prespa Sales & Rentals

Prespa Sales and Rentals is a commercial leasing company that focuses on helping businesses find the perfect fit for their company, based on size, location, and income. We have the ability to build to suit, no matter how large or small your business is. We also have several residential properties that we rent within the St. Thomas area.
